The 2009 survey hit the office this morning. Last year we scored top in the country on camaraderie and Itlab was a top 50 place to work in the UK, any size and any vertical. A fantastic achievement but what will the last 12 months have done to our scores. I feel we were close to an entry in the top 10 and we have done much to make the organisation even better, however, we are in tough trading conditions and had much change. As scores are driven by the staff responses to the survey only time will tell. Great Place to Work Institute say that trust between managers and employees is the primary defining characteristic of the best workplaces. Amen to that.
